The Baywatch series is on Amazon prime. There are many scenes with Billy and Erica Eleniak, barefoot and in low sneakers. They could be height 'twins'.

What a weird film ‘Society’ is! It starts off with various ‘WTF?’ moments, culminating in one giant orgy, wherein bodies are literally melting into each other. Quite honestly, I’ve never seen anything like it, AND it’s from 1989, so well ahead of its time.
As the story gets underway, you wonder if Billy is being drugged and hallucinating, or simply going psychotic, but he isn’t. The townsfolk, from Beverley Hills, are stinking rich, and this tale is truly taking their power to the extreme. If Billy really is only 5ft5.5, one barely notices because his looks are impeccable!
Well, that’s what he gets from me. Nobody in the movie seems terribly tall, so Billy blends in nicely. His proportions are such that he could pass for an inch taller.

Editor RobI can see how he has looked a weak 5ft 5 range at times, I'd have thought he seemed barely over 5ft 4 with Winkler, but to be fair Henry did have on Big 2 inch heels while Warlock was in converse.

Thet are rerunning Baywatch on an obscure movie Channel in the UK. There was a barefoot beach scene last night with Erica Eleniak. They looked very similar in height. I'd be suprised if if there was a half inch difference between the two. 165/166 I think is fair.

I agree with Shaun. When he was in Baywatch he was barefoot on the beach and all the girls also barefoot were taller than him. I would say he could be closer to 5'4"

He's always had the exact same build and oddly enough, a similar face to 5'4 and 1/2 Emilio Estevez. He is not tall, but as someone said below, he is a very attractive man, especially for his age of 44, and I would gladly shrink down to 5'5-5'6 if I could look like him.

Yessssssssss, He was Roger's little brother "Flip" on Happy Days and wore all those half-shirts.

I always figured Billy was not real tall, clear back from his first appearance on Days of our Lives. But at 5'6" or 6'6" he is really good looking
