I think that she was maybe honest. When I started paying more attention, her posture does really look above average in height. Also, since she's taller than that Fall Out Boy guy in her heels, they could be similar heights barefoot.

The singer looks much less than 150lbs in the above pictures. Even if she's very muscly, I can't see her weighing that much.

how is she 5'5 when you listed louis tomlinson at 5'7? there has to be at least more than a 3 inch height difference between them, look at the pictures and even the music video from their latest song together, she looks 5'3 to me, no taller, unless you think louis is really 5'9
