She's more than just 5'0 because if she was she'd come up to me even less than she does and I am a legit 6'0. If you dont really believe me then go to Rob's page and look at the pics. If you go to google "Alyssa Milano NBA store NYC April 15th" you'll see plenty of pics from her there. If you look at her jeans you can tell there is def a heel there, actually may be as much as 4 inches which would give 3 inches of height. And her hair can give a slight edge too. She also didn't really look more than 105lbs either in the 5'1 range but I could be wrong. TV does add some weight and she was leaner in person than on TV. She was pretty thin but looked great though because she's a healthy thin girl. In season 3 she was over 120lbs though but still was in good shape.

Well I did wanna stand straight. Actually she came to me for the picture since I was waiting for when it was going to be taken, so she put her arm around me and I did the same with her but she wasn't point blank on me so I wasn't standing very straight, but straight enough. At the most I'd be losing 1/2 inch but its so minimal though. I did get to talk to her a bit, just said I am a big fan of hers and been waiting to meet her for a while. There was more stuff I wish I could have said but sometimes your mind goes blank in these situations. Funny when I first went to the table she was like "hi I'm Alyssa". Like we all know that already but I guess thats her way of introducing herself.

The heels size is debatable but I would assume at least the standard heel which is going to give about 2.5 inches to barefoot height and they could be bigger for all I know. YOu may not be able to tell but I am not standing my very straighest, I am barely leaning in a bit. But yea my guess was 5'1-5'1.5. 5'2 would be the very max but I doubt that though. She was hot and I was very excited I finally got to meet her, haha.

Fox is 5'4 to 5'4.5 max, more just 5'4 he appears. You can clearly see Alyssa has boots on that give a decent size heel. She has a footwear advantage and Fox is still 1-2 inches taller. 5'2 is a stretch for her I think since I did meet her. I am sticking to 5'1-5'1.5 for her. Nice video though. Shes smokin in it. I never seen her on Spin City before.

Big T, her hair kinda makes it tougher to tell. The bottom of my chin is 9.5 inches from top of my head. Maybe draw a line across and that'll make it easier to see. She doesn't look more than an inch from the top of my chin at most. And remember I wasn't standing my straightest, leaning in just a bit but could make up a slight difference.

Rob, I met her today in NYC at an autograph signing and got a picture with her. The picture came out good though could have been closer to a full body shot. She was in heels that I didn't get a good look at but they must have been around 4 inches since she looked 5'4.5-5'5 in them. Barefoot I would say she was bare minimum 5'1 and probably 5'1.5 like you have her here. I may post the picture within a week or so. Not sure.

That was around 5 years ago, my weight has flucuated up and down a lot since to as high as 215lbs to as low as 185lbs but even at as low as 185-190lbs I was still bigger than at 200lbs 5 years ago because muscle weighs more than fat. When you are in the 5'0-5'2 range its not easy to estimate someones height especially on TV. Longoria is 5'0 tops. Alyssa isn't as short as her. I seen her look as low as 5'0-5'0 1/2 a few times but most of the time she looks at least 5'1ish.

There'd be some reason for it, like (and I'm not saying you're one of these): wide upper body frame, proportionately bigger legs, heavier (denser) than normal bones ... stuff like that can make you appear slimmer than others of equivalent height/weight. I look more ''normal'' than other men of my height/weight and level of body fat; it's due to my frame size, etc., in my case.

I say (at least in my case) that muscle makes me weigh heavier than I look. Think about the example of my 105 pound friend looking heavier than me, even though we're the same height.
My muscle isn't bulky, I do high reps/low weight to keep the muscles long and slender; but I do a whole body regime, working the back muscles, abs, calves, etc. and the density of the lean muscle mass all over adds up on the scale.

I've gotten as low as 160lbs from girls and most guys guess me at 210lbs at least and I've gotten as high as 240lbs and I'm really in the 195-200lb range. I am muscular but not very lean though.
Personally, I really don't diet much. I watch some things but I eat junk in moderation. I don't believe in strict diets nor do I believe in eating anything you want anytime you want. I workout hard enough to eat junk here and there.

No, Jason, I'm not large framed at all. I'm small-boned and am in fact built very similarly to Alyssa, with broad shoulders, slender hips and (ahem) full breasts. I'm a size 4-6 (and get down to size 0-2 if I go much under 120, but I don't care to look Hollywood anorexic, thank you very much). I have a close friend who is the same height as Alyssa and I, and my friend claims to weigh 100-105 yet appears heavier than me even though the scale says I have 15-20 pounds on her. She does not exercise at all. I'm not going to waste my time envying her scale weight when I'm lean and toned and look better in my size 4 clothes. It is a fact that muscle weighs more than fat, and that is especially true for athletic women who build lean muscle mass. That said, it's the old "Don't pay attention to the scale, pay attention to how your clothes fit and how you feel about yourself". Alyssa is absolutely TINY! there has been no one smaller then her in any pictures i have seen of her at all - even shorties like jennifer love hewitt and pink! she looks teeny next to jessica alba - who is supposibly about 5ft 6.5" (ish) I dunno - I reckon she is under 5ft by a little bit, maybe 4ft 11"?? she just looks like a cuite little doll - very sweet, but seriously smaller then what she is listed at! there is a picture of her with rachel bilson (see rachel's listing) and she is even a tad bit smaller then her, by about 0.5"! she is sooo stunning though, so tall or short, she is probably the most beautiful lady in hollywood at the moment!!

Well with basketball players she will end up looking shorter than she really is because of their height. She is short but not as low as 4'11. 5'0 I've seen her look as short as a few times but mostly she appears 5'1 or so.

I saw Alyssa at the all star weekend. I know most those guys are alot taller than her, but she looked like a child beside any of them. She is still very cute. Id say 4'11 - 5'1 is def a safe bet

Its not like she's 5'7 105lbs which would be too skinny, she has the height to be her weight and still not look too thin.
Like I have 2 friends 320-330lbs each and if they lose 10lbs you couldn't even tell and they're 5'8 and 6'0 a piece. Weight off someone shorter and ligher you can tell much more faster.

Not often do you see girls 5'0 and under with a good frame. A lot are either too skinny or too fat. Like I've seen girls 4'10 at like 80lbs and I know one who is 4'10 and believe it or not 175-180lbs. But this 4'10 girl I know from my gym I'd say is in the high 90s- low 100's and she looks good.
True, 115lbs for her is maybe a bit too much but 110-112lbs sounds more accurate for when she was heavier.

Viper, maybe the 6'4 listing was rounded down but I kinda doubt that. Maybe his shoes are giving him a bit more of height than normal shoes. If Alyssa stands more straight there is still a good 12 inches difference with her in heels.

I would compromise at 5'1",and while were on the "Short Ones" I mean Charmed Ones, Holly Marie Combs is need of a downgrade as she is the shortest of the 4. The msn movie site has pics of her with Jessica Simpson 5' 2.5". Take a look and see what you think, In one pic you can see they both have on comparable heels.

In '86 she was a cute 13 year old at a taping of Who's The Boss at Sunset-Gower studios in Hollywood. I think it was the old Columbia lot where The Three Stooges/Monkees/Flying Nun filmed. Danza had lots of goombah go-fers.

When Charisma was on the show there were not any good comparison scenes that I recall. However, if there were, do not be suprised if she was either barefoot or wearing shoes with no heel. As for the charmed actresses, Allysa, Holly.M.C and Shannen D. are roughly the same height, 5'2-5'3 feet, but Rose McGowen is at least 5'4 if not 5'5!

Alyssa is definitely only 5'2" because she is the same height as Holly Marie Combs and Shannen Doherty. On an interview in 1999 Holly said they were all exactly the same height and in a more recemt interview Holly confirmed that she was 5'2"
