Yeah 89 kg seems legit, 100 kg definitely not from what I've seen. I could have believed up to 95 but around 90 makes the most sense.

He looks there like he could strangle you on a train from Istanbul to Trieste if you get what I mean haha. The polo neck on guys like that also adds to the sinister look of a Bond character. Yeah I haven't seen him looking 100kg either. Passes for 6 ft 3 in a crowd.

Yes Rob, I looked at search engine images of him and he never looked close to 100 kg. However hes not as lean as I first thought he was. I was assuming he was around 15-18% body fat, more like 18-22%. Maybe hes 88-90 kg.

My brother is the exact same height, 13% body fat, mesomorph, he wouldn't dare claim to be 190 lb-something let alone 210 lbs(100 kg).

Nobody can tower Putin,you probably can't see it but whenever he's filmed,he's walking in ditches so that he can look only 5'6-7 range,he's so humble,he doesn't want to look his actual height about 20 feet tall.Those who met him on normal ground needed a ladder to be at his eyelevel.Some swore that he was rather between 21 and 22 feet but that's probably an exageration,he's only 20 feet tall

Rather 14 to 14 and half stones (196 to 203 Lbs) in that pic imho.At near 6'3 he could look powerful without needing to put more weight if he's an athletic guy.
His hands are quite imposing,like he could knock out someone by slapping him,you wouldn't want to mess with a guy like this

Nice one Rob. Turns out I was right about him looking close to 6'3! He's just about at that height where even in a small crowd his height still notices. 85 kg? I wouldn't have guessed him that low. Click Here I'd have guessed 14 and a half - 15 stone given his height as well, 100 kg near 16 stone does seem high. Around 95 kg is believable. At around 6'3 he looks a much more believable 15 stone range guy than 6 ft Gethin Jones looks anyway!

He's really got that classic Aryan KGB type/Spectre assassin look about him, would look perfect in a Bond film.

Yes the guy looks 190 cm, however hes never even looked close to 100 kg. Someone might not like me saying it but its true. Hes likely around 82 kg.

I'm pretty sure he was listed at 188cm in some sources,maybe some of Putin's henchmen launched a campaign to undermine him even in height terms,lol!
He always looked a solid tall man,anyways,generally the tall one around although he didn't tower that much the guards,in fact some edged him,could be that police in Russia may have height requirements like in many other countries.
