I have to agree with others. I was surprised to see his actual height. I presumed he was over 6ft.

He doesn't have the typical body proportions of a short man either, which gives him the impression of being taller than 5ft6.

You know sort of like the 6'2 range Cigarette Smoking Man. 4 nice looking female presenters to look at anyway while I write this ;-) Always had a thing for Natasha but Mary is looking pretty foxy these days!

Editor Rob yeah, he does have a head of a taller man's body, at least a few inches probably taller than his height.

Very surprising indeed. He has the face and vibe of a tall man. In fact if you asked me I'd have probably thought 6 ft 1-2, but always sitting down!! His face definitely doesn't belong to a short man!

Editor Rob yes, I wouldn't have guessed him short just from seeing news programmes, but he really does look a maximum 5ft 6.
