@festus- I don't think fhe difference is just 2 cm. It seems 4 cm to me. I am sure Messi is closer to 169 than 168, which makes Lisandro 173 cm to me. He's somewhere between 5'7.5" and 5'8.5". Maybe he is a flat 5'8".

@Bg guy2 He looks a inch or so taller than Messi, at very least 0.75' Click Here. Question is if Messi is actually 169 or 168. I have Messi at 168.5 so Lisandro would be around 171(5'7.25). Hes definitely not 5'8.

If you consider the average of the 2018 European teams during the World Cup the average is 182cm, it may be that there is a margin of error because some players are listed as taller than they really are, some countries in Latin America, Asia and Australia it's not uncommon to get 179-180cm.

Interestingly, the average in the CH is 181cm, so I think it's in that range, anything below 179cm would be below average and 5'11.25 5'11.5 would possibly be average (181.6cm).
Some countries achieve average heights like 183-185cm, but they are countries where the average height is high.

However football is democratic, we have excellent players since the 50's of varying heights.

And I want to take advantage of an indication of the player Phil Foden, he is popular in England, the same age as Vinicius Jr and Haaland, must be 5'7.

Speaking of "being short for footballers", I see the average height of a footballer seems to be around 5'11.5, according to Google, but is that the average listed height or the average "Rob height"?

@recapa- I doubt he's grown recently. This guy is turning 22 in less than 10 days. He doesn't look like a late bloomer. Honestly, He looks sometimes 174, and other times 175. So 174.6 could be the perfect listing on here.

The more I see him, the more 174 seems closer to the truth. This guy is identical to Isco, both looked in the weak 5ft9 range.
