He was recently filmed at a Detriot Lions training camp practice. He was 2.5” inches shorter than HC Dan Campbell. Campbell was always listed at 6’5” & around 255-260 lbs during his NFL Career. He’s now 47, so is he still a legit 6’5”. That being said…this listing seems to be pretty much spot on.

I thought around 15cm (6 inches or half a foot), taller than Rob whose range varies between 1.73m-1.75m- 5'8 to 5'9 (about 5'8.5 or 1.74m on average). So I would niether upgrade nor downgrade. Perfectly listed imo .

Rob.. recently Sheamus uploaded a video working out with Bobby Lashley, and they looked almost identical in height, even eye level for like 90% of the video, and they were wearing similar training sneakers with about 3-3,5cm sole.. I doubt Bobby would measure anything over 186cm.. so is there a chance Sheamus would measure just 188cm flat as the lowest?? What do you think?

Out of the ring he can look 6'2 at best at times, but in his ring gear he's looked a solid 6'3 if not more on occasions.
As for height loss? It can't be ruled out as he's had neck troubles over the years, it could've shaved a fraction off him.

In many faceoffs against height shortened 6'2.75 Edge throughout the years, even early last year (Edge was probably 6'2.25), he is wearing lifts along with his spiky hair and he still looks shorter than Edge who is wearing tennis shoes. I believe Sheamus deserves a downgrade to 6'1'3/4, in his workout videos he looked a little taller than 6'0'5 John Cena both were in sneakers, he looked 1.5 inches over Samoa Joe jn equal footwear. Editor RobWell Sheamus has looked 6ft 2 to 2.5 range generally. Or 6ft 8 with his hair! In person he doesn't look any shorter than Del Rio though, I feel he could have the edge on him. Of course you are talking small margins.

I doubt that's the case. He has consistently looked around 6'3" with various celebs and wrestlers. Plus, one of his college listings was 6'3". (along with 6'4") He can look around 6'4" in some pics though.
